Returns and Exchanges

How to Initiate a Return If you would like to return an item, please reach out to us first to start the process. You can contact us via:

Return Policy & Shipping Costs If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused, in their original condition, and still have all original labels attached.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will book and arrange the collection for you.

  • Standard Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Processing Your Return Returns are typically processed within 3 working days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that processing times may take slightly longer during peak periods, such as after Bank Holidays or during the busy Christmas season.

Refunds Once your return is processed, please allow 3 to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Exchanges We are only able to exchange an item for a different product of the exact same value, based on the most current prices listed on our website.
