Price 7. The price of the goods is set out from the date of the quotation/order. 8. If the cost of goods to us increases due to any factor beyond our control—including, but not limited to, labour costs, alterations to exchange rates or duties, or changes in shipping costs—we can increase the price prior to shipping. 9. Any increase under clause 8 above will only take place after discussing it with you. 10. The prices are exclusive of shipping/delivery costs. 11. Any discounts will be at our discretion. 12. The price is exclusive of any applicable VAT and other taxes/levies which are imposed by competent authorities.

Once an order is accepted, cancellation by the customer can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the due date for delivery. 15. We can investigate individual circumstances regarding clause 14 above to override this at our discretion. 16. Alterations deemed acceptable can be made up to a few business days prior to shipping the order; this will be at our discretion.

Delivery 17. We will arrange delivery to the address stated on the order. 18. Subject to specific terms, delivery can take place at any time of the day and must be accepted between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm. 19. If you cannot take delivery of the goods, we will make arrangements for redelivery and will charge you the costs for this. 20. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only; we will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods that is caused by circumstances beyond our control or your failure to provide adequate delivery instructions. 21. We can deliver the goods in instalments, which will be invoiced and paid separately. Any delay in delivery or defect in an instalment will not entitle you to cancel other instalments.

Inspection and Acceptance of Goods 22. You must inspect the goods upon delivery/collection. 23. If you identify any damage or shortages, you must inform us in writing within 5 days, advising all details and providing photographic evidence where possible. 24. Other than by agreement, we will only accept returned goods that are defective. 25. Subject to compliance with clause 24 above and/or our agreement, we will repair, replace, or refund the goods or part of them. 26. We will not be liable in connection with the goods for: * Any loss relating to the choice of goods. * Any failure to perform our obligations due to any delay.

Communications 34. All notices under these terms and conditions must be addressed to the most recent postal address or email address provided.

Circumstances Beyond the Control of Either Party 35. Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party. Such causes include, but are not limited to, floods, fires, storms, earthquakes, acts of war, or other events that are beyond their control.

No Waiver 36. No waiver by us of any breach of these terms and conditions by you will be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Severance 37. If one or more of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, that provision/those provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions (which will remain valid and enforceable).
